Capetown Cocktail
1 Dash Angostura Bitters
3 Dashes Curacao (Senior Curacao of Curacao)
1/2 Caperitif (1 1/2 oz Dubonnet Blanc)

Canadian Cocktail
The Juice of 1/4 Lemon
1/4 Tablespoonful Powdered Sugar (no thanks, sweet enough already)
1 Liqueur Glass Curacao (about 1 1/4 oz Senior Curacao of Curacao)

1 Liqueur Glass Ginger (3/4 oz Canton Ginger Liqueur)
1 Liqueur Glass Curacao (3/4 oz Brizard Orange Curacao)

Brandy Cocktail
2 Dashes Curacao (1 barspoon Senior Curacao)
3/4 Wineglass Brandy (1 1/2 oz Pierre Ferrand Ambre)
(1 dash Regan’s Orange Bitters)
Stir well and strain into cocktail glass.

Brandy Crusta Cocktail
Use small wine glass. Moisten the edge with lemon and dip edge into castor sugar which frosts the glass. Cut the rind of half a lemon spiral fashion; place in glass. Fill glass with cracked ice.
3 dashes Maraschino.
1 Dash Angostura Bitters.
4 Dashes Lemon Juice.
1/4 Curacao
3/4 Brandy.

The Yolk of 1 Egg
1 Teaspoonful of Grenadine (uh, oops, I forgot the grenadine)
1/3 Curacao (3/4 oz Brizard Orange Curacao)
2/3 Brandy (1 1/2 oz Pierre Ferrand Ambre)

Booster Cocktail
4 Dashes Curacao (teaspoon Brizard Orange Curacao)
The White of 1 Egg
1 Glass Brandy (2 oz Korbel VSOP)
Shake well and strain into medium size glass. Nutmeg on top.
Shoulda been more generous with the Curacao or maybe used a nicer brandy. Dash of bitters? Champagne?
Certainly no Pisco Sour. Drinkable; but, not that interesting.

Blues Cocktail
(6 People)
Take 4 Glasses of Whisky. (4 oz Bernheim Wheat Whiskey)
1 Glass of Curacao. (1 oz Brizard Orange Curacao)
Incorporate 1 Teaspoonful of Syrup of Prunes. (1/2 teaspoon Prune Syrup)
Pour out over plenty of cracked ice and shake (stir, please) for longer and more thoroughly than usual. Serve very cold.
