		<description>Erik,
I really like your punch recipe posts! They always make me very curious, mostly because some of the techniques are pretty new to me, and for the time and effort you put into them I can only assume they taste fantastically! The idea of using hopes and pisco in a punch is really nice!
I read over this one a few times, but still had some questions:
You mentioned: “Place peels in sealed container with lemon peels. Infuse for 48 hours.” Is it lemon peels + rum here?
At what point do you add the Batavia Arack? Was the arack there w/ the lemon peels?
Sorry if I misread the instructions, and thanks for your time.
