Bronx Terrace Cocktail
2/3 Gin. (1 1/2 oz Plymouth Gin)
1/3 French Vermouth. (3/4 oz Noilly Prat Vermouth)
The Juice of 1/2 Lime.
Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.
Not a cocktail for everyone, or every moment, however the Bronx Terrace has its time and place.
When you’re feeling a bit ragged and your palate needs to be woken up, this can be just the thing.
It is, however, very dry and very tart.
