The Juice of 1/4 Orange
The White of 1 Egg
1/4 French Vermouth (3/4 oz Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth)
1/4 Italian Vermouth (3/4 oz Cinzano Rosso Vermouth)
1/2 Dry Gin (1 1/2 oz Boodles Gin)
Shake well and strain into large wine glass.
